We use a system called ParentPay for parents/carers to pay online for all school expenses, including school trips, cooking contributions and school lunches. This removes all cash and cheques from school, providing a quicker and more secure way to manage financial transactions.

School lunches

Each parent/Carer is given a unique Username and Password in order to login securely to ParentPay.

The menu for school lunches appears on ParentPay a couple of weeks before the end of each half term and we let you know that it is available. Please make lunch choices for your child before the last week of each half term so that the Cook has plenty of time to order ingredients ready for our return from the break.

You will have a choice between 2 main courses, one will be vegetarian.

You will be able to see what side dishes are available each day, these will be chosen by your child on the day.

You will have a choice between 3 puddings; one will be Jelly/Angel Delight and another will be Fresh fruit.

Paying for school lunches

Once you have made your lunch choices, you will be able to select ‘Pay for child’s meals’ and pay for them using a credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can pay using cash at local stores where you see the PayPoint logo.

School lunches cost £2.40 per pupil per day.

Please note
If your child goes on a school trip on a day where you have chosen a school lunch, the Cook will make a packed lunch for them instead.
